Participants are requested to meet at the Numbi Hotel airstrip.
The rates for the flights are as given below:
- 10 min - Hazyview area and lodges @ R250 per person
- 20 min - Sabie River Valley flight @ R500 per person
- 30 min - Da Gama Dam flight @ R620 per person
- 45 min - The four dams (Da Gama, Klipkoper Personie, Longmere, Witklip) @ R820 per person
- 60 min - God's Window and waterfalls @ R1200 per person
- 90 min - Blyde River Canyon, Bourkes Luck, Potholes, God's Window and waterfalls @ R1750 per person
Cancellation policy
The fee for cancellation is calculated on the following basis:
- cancellation made 28-21 days prior to date of booking: 25% of the total invoice due
- cancellation made 21-14 days prior to date of booking: 50% of the total invoice due
- cancellation made 14-7 days prior to date of booking: 75% of the total invoice
- cancellation made seven days or less prior to date of booking: 100% of the total invoice.

Numbi airfield situated in Hazyview, Mpumalanga, is home to the Aviation Adventures Flying Club. The club came into being when two passionate Microlight pilots, Alec Green and Wally van Welie saw the opportunity to offer short term membership to the many tourists and time sharers who frequent the area. Both Alec and Wally are experienced instructors.
There are some special tours on offer too. One of the popular options is children's birthday parties, when the kids are flown at a special rate.
Romantic engagement or special occasion flights can also be arranged, with picnics at remote airfields and country airstrips.
