Owner and Manager Constantine Kazandji is a very professional man but warm and welcoming in his sentiment. His staffs are neatly dressed and greet the visitor with enthusiasm and a welcoming smile.

Floreat Riverside was originally a Protea Hotel but is now privately owned and has been open for over 10 years and has earned itself a reputation amongst regular visitors and guests.
