Jock-Sabie Lodge

The Panorama Route meanders through magnificent scenery strewn with waterfalls and unique geological formations. It offers excellent opportunities for hiking and fishing and easy access to the wildlife of the Kruger National Park. It throws open possibilities for visiting many arts and crafts centres, museums and historical sites.

Our namesake, Jock of the Bushveld, the runt bull-terrier, made a legend by Percy Fitzpatrick, was born in the Kruger National Park.

Jock-Sabie Lodge is situated in the centre of the town, within easy walking distance of all that Sabie has to offer.

The picture-perfect little church in Sabie, designed by Sir Herbert Baker, is a lovely place in which to exchange marriage vows. For those desirous of doing so, Jock-Sabie Lodge can organise an unforgettable reception, the flowers and the accommodation.

Jock-Sabie Lodge's unusual Gazeebraai, with a number of fireplaces clustered under a common roof, makes for convivial gatherings. Open air, but sheltered, nevertheless.

The swimming pool in the lodge is a venue for relaxation, exercise and fun.

Jock-Sabie Lodge's fully licensed pub and restaurant offers a variety of drinks and delicious meals to suit different culinary preferences. A beautiful fireplace will keep you warm and cosy during the winter months.

There is a games room, offering table tennis, pool tables and darts. Volleyball and badminton equipment is also available, as also trampolines.

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to arrival - 25% of the amount will be retained.
• For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the amount will be retained.
• For cancellation made less than 30 days - No refund will be given.
