Lone Creek River Lodge

From Pretoria or Johannesburg, take the N4/N12 towards Witbank, to head towards Lone Creek River Lodge. 

From Pretoria or Johannesburg, take the N4/N12 towards Witbank. 

Drive past Middelburg to the Belfast turn-off.

If the weather is good, turn off into Belfast and continue on R540 through Lydenburg, and then on R37 - via the Long Tom Pass.

If it is a rainy day with low-hanging cloud-cover or mist, continue on N4, past Machadodorp and Waterval Boven, or take the alternative N4 route via Schoemans Kloof.

Turn left on R539 ( look for the signpost - Sabie and Sudwala). Turn right, just before Sudwala Caves and continue on R539 to the R37 T-junction.

Turn left onto  R37 and then right at the next T-junction, 10 km from Sabie.
