Induna Adventures is committed to protecting the environment and ensuring that there is a healthy local community to follow in their footsteps.
Induna Adventures -
- is a founding member of Sizabantwana, an AIDS orphan project, looking after 800 OVC (Aids orphans and vulnerable children) in the area.
- provides basic needs to OVCs and those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
- provides training and educational activities for the community.
- creates community development projects for self sustainability.
- gives children hope and skills for a brighter future.
Induna Adventures does not merely employ local staff but empowers them with life and business skills through courses and training.
Towards preserving the environment, the following efforts are being taken by Induna Adventures:
- Recycling biodegradable material to produce fertilizer.
- Re-establishing indigenous forest through a unique nursery project.
- Educating the staff and guests on the area's biodiversity and the role of the human being in preserving the same.
