The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• All cancellations or changes must be received in writing. Verbal instructions will not be accepted.
• Cancellation made 4-5 days prior to the date of the event will result in a fee of 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellation made 1-3 days prior to the date of the event will result in a fee of 75% of the total amount.
• Cancellation made on the day of the event or a No Show will result in a fee of 100% of the total amount.

Participants should be at least 16 years of age, to participate in this tour.

All the trails are led by well-trained, friendly guides. Helmets, which are mandatory, are provided to participants.

Before the trip, the participants are briefed and given training on how to ride the quad. The guides will assist the participants.

LIABILITY

Induna Adventures will not have or share any liability for any claims of whatsoever nature, that may be brought against any other person or party, by any participant of activities or any other person or party, in respect of any damage, harm or loss suffered at, during or as a consequence of an activity, including but not limited to, damage, harm or loss to property and damage, harm or loss arising out of death or illness of, or injury to any person or party.
