Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pick-up will be from the Induna Adventures office which is on Brandwag Farm, Sabie Road (R536), just outside of Hazyview.
The GPS co-ordinates of the office are S25 01 54, E31 01 30.
Transport to and from the starting point is included in the cost.
No prior experience is necessary to attempt this river.
All equipment is provided, including buoyancy aids ("life jackets") and helmets, which are compulsory to wear.
Please note the following:
- NO ALCOHOL is permitted before or during any activities.
- No drugs are allowed on the premises, except prescription drugs.
- No firearms are allowed on the premises.
- Final numbers must be confirmed in writing, 48 hours before the event. Otherwise they will be charged accordingly.
- If numbers change on the day of the event, no changes will be made to the Invoice.
