Children policy:
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to stay in the rondavels.
There is a 50% discount on the room rate in the case of children under 12 years old staying with their parents, in the self-catering cottage.

- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
- Smoking is permitted only on the decks and verandas.
Cancellation fees are charged based on the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 21 to 28 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking invoice.
- Cancellations made 14 to 21 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking invoice.
- Cancellations made seven to 14 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking invoice.
- Cancellations made less than seven days of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking invoice.
