The owl tour last 2 hours and visitors are taken into the aviaries and shown 9 of the 12 species found in South Africa.  Skova Research is the only place in the country where you will find so many of our indigenous owl species.  Information is provided on each species, owl behaviour and research discoveries Visitors will receive a poster of the 12 species and an owl educational brochure.

Participant guidelines

 No flash photography. Visitors must speak softly and obey guide's instruction at all times once inside the aviaries.   Tour will be ended if rules are not adhered to.

An indemnity form is signed prior to start of tour. Maximum number of visitors per tour is 6 visitors also complete a tour feedback form at end of tour.
