Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
The Elephant Sanctuary provides a safe haven for the elephants and offers a great opportunity for guests to touch, feel and ride these huge but loving animals.
All the elephants are rescued African elephants. Funds generated through the visits to the sanctuary are used to finance and develop this project.
