Villa Ticino is situated in the centre of the picturesque, malaria-free mountain village of Sabie, within a short walk of shops and restaurants. Villa Ticino in Sabie is perfectly located as a base in the region, and is only 40 minutes' drive to Kruger National Park.

Villa Ticino, a spacious European guest villa of 650 m² was developed in a wide, open-plan style with high wooden ceilings. It offers guests:
-an attractive split-level lounge with an open fire place and a selection of books and magazines, as well as comfortable settees and chairs to linger and relax;
-a snug residents' bar with information corner;
-an airy breakfast room with an eye-catching featured Mediterranean wall mural;
-a 60 m² generously covered terrace with splendid vistas of the garden and the mountains beyond;
-a secluded swimming pool for relaxation or a refreshing dip;
-enclosed parking, one space for every guest room, which is locked during the night;
-six en-suite, light and stylish guest rooms of modern design with private patios or balconies. Five rooms come with twin beds, and one bedroom has a queen size double bed. There are mainly en-suite showers only.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Well-behaved children 14 years and older are welcome and pay full price

Other Disclosures:
There is a strict no smoking policy indoors. Children 14 and over are welcome. Pets are not allowed. There is no self-catering facility. No visitors allowed - house guests only. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Cancellation Policy:
-For cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the full amount.
-For cancellations made 6-14 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 75% of the full amount.
-For cancellations made less than six days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the full amount.
Other conditions:
- Cancellation should be made in writing;
- In the event of premature departure, guests are liable to make full payment for the period of stay, as originally booked and confirmed;
- In case of no-show, the full original amount will be charged.
