From the entrance, a staircase directs the way up, past an attractive split-level guest lounge with an open fireplace. The staircase leads to the upper floor, into a spacious open-plan domain.
To the right is a cosy house bar, overlooking the guest lounge. A smaller room adjoins a Ticino styled breakfast room, with a country flair and eye-catching wall mural. From here, double wooden doors open to a huge terrace that offers an uninterrupted view of the mountains, the garden and the pool area.
Named after the Swiss canton Tinino, this European styled villa features a unique architectural blend of high wooden ceilings and light sand coloured floor tiles, with a rustic touch lent by the hand beaten bricks.
Villa Ticino is a well-established three star guesthouse, oozing rustic charm and contemporary chic in a casual yet elegant ambience.
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
A specially compiled directory of information is displayed in each room, to make it easier for guests to find their way around. Further, there is an array of menus on display, in the information area.
The staff lends a helping hand in choosing the restaurant to suit individual tastes and palates. The staff also makes the reservation for guests.
The breakfast menu is changed every day. It is a buffet offering fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, a variety of different breads, cheese, cold meat, jams, home bakes, and a choice of tea or a special Ticino blend of coffee.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.00 in the breakfast room. In warmer weather, al fresco breakfast is a great option that the villa offers.

Rooms have to be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- For cancellation made 15-30 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the full amount.
- For cancellation made 6-14 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 75% of the full amount.
- For cancellation made less than six days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the full amount.
Other conditions:
- Cancellation should be made in writing.
- In the event of premature departure, guests are liable to make full payment for the period of stay, as originally booked and confirmed.
- In case of No Show, the full original amount will be charged.
Children 14 years and older are welcome.
